The API can be used to link Claritalk with your in-house or other external systems. Even though Claritalk as a stand-alone package offers many opportunities to help your business, it may be useful to link Claritalk into an existing user flow or further use the data for analysis.

The API is based on a service account. Before data can leave the Claritalk system, the use/intent is checked off with applicable legislation. During production setup, the relevant responsible in the company must grant approval. It is the customer's responsibility to inform end users in what way, for what purpose, by whom and where call data is processed.

Depending on your contract formula, assistance may or may not be provided on your API implementation. Feel free to contact your SPOC if you have any questions about this.
