What is the difference between Business and Business+?
Business links your client conversations to your practice management software and makes them searchable. Business+ puts Clara to work: she prepares every appointment, follows up on who still needs to visit, builds client knowledge, and assists in your mailbox and calendar.
Can we mix plans within one firm?
Yes. Practice managers who only need read access can take Viewer at €12; those leading conversations take Business or Business+. Viewer works best alongside at least one Business subscription.
What is a Clara credit?
One credit is one question to Clara or one agent action. Meeting Starter gets 250 per month, Business gets 1,000, Business+ works unlimited within fair use.
Is annual payment mandatory?
No. Monthly payments are also possible; paying annually is 20% more cost-effective. Enterprise always runs on an annual contract.
Do we get a discount for a group purchase?
Yes, per tier: 10% from 50 users, 20% from 100, and 30% from 250. For 500+ users, we provide a custom proposal. Combinable with any plan.
