For Schools and Programmes

Practising client conversations always required a real client. Not anymore.

You teach students to read a balance sheet and build a file. The conversation where all this comes together is often their first experience during an internship — because until now, a real client was needed for that. With Claritalk, they can practise as often as they like, with nothing at stake.

Why this works

The conversation is the hardest part of the profession

And the only part students can barely practise, because it always requires a real client. Until now.

Practice without risk

Clara plays the client. A fee discussion, a bad quarter, a client who doesn't listen — all with nothing at stake.

Work with real file logic

Not a fictional case on paper, but figures, tasks, and mandates as they come together in a firm.

Ready for internship

Those who know the platform before they start are more quickly deployable. The firms where your students end up will notice this.

The simulator

This is what a practice session looks like

The student chooses a scenario, a methodology, and their own learning material, then conducts the conversation. Clara plays the client. If they get stuck, they can pause and ask why Clara reacted that way — that's where the learning happens.

It works just as well for languages, soft skills, or preparing for an oral exam. Practice as often as you like, day and night.

In the classroom

How lecturers use it

You don't have to rewrite your course. Most programmes use Claritalk as a practice moment within an existing subject: the student prepares a file, conducts the conversation with Clara, and discusses afterwards what went wrong.

  • Prepare a file with figures, tasks, and points of attention
  • Conduct the conversation with Clara, who plays the client
  • Afterwards, see which points were addressed and which were missed
  • Use the summary as discussion material in class

What it costs

Free for education

Higher education institutions and accountancy programmes receive free access. We are happy to invest in the sector's talent pipeline: those who learn today will be sitting at our clients' tables tomorrow. Basic functionalities are free. For the AI role-player, we agree on a rate for unlimited use.

What you get for free

Access for lecturers and students, and the basic functionalities: lessons and meetings transcribed, summarised, and searchable, with practice cases included.

The AI role-player

We agree on a rate for this, and then its use is unlimited. This way, a lesson block never stops because credits have run out. What it will be for your programme depends on its size — we'll simply lay that out honestly.

What we ask

That you tell us what works and what doesn't. Students conducting a conversation for the first time provide the sharpest feedback available.

How we provide support

We are happy to give a session or guest lecture, together with a firm from your region.

Together with education

We don't do this alone

Together with Howest, we are focusing on AI in accountancy education. Other higher education institutions also work with Claritalk in their classes.
