For those who want to see under the bonnet.
This page is for the IT manager, the external IT partner, or the colleague within the firm who needs to make the final decision. No marketing, just how it works and what you control.
We replace nothing, we augment
Claritalk does not become your new primary system. Your practice management software and your reporting platform remain as they are. Claritalk reads what it needs for a client meeting and writes back what was decided afterwards.
Targeted Retrieval
Agenda, client files, tasks, figures, and mandates. Only what is needed to prepare a conversation, with the source system mentioned for each piece of data.
Consolidate per dossier
Everything is linked to the correct client file: meetings, phone calls, and emails, with history spanning several years.
Upon Approval
Tasks, hours, notes, and conclusions are sent back to the system where your colleagues expect them. Never without someone's approval.
No data migration is required. If you stop using Claritalk, your systems will remain as they were.
You determine what Claritalk may see and write back
User-specific rights
Who sees which dossiers follows the rights you have already configured in your own systems. Claritalk does not create broader access than the user already has elsewhere.
Approval for every write-back
No task, hour, note, or report is sent without someone's approval. You determine who has this right, per team.
Traceable to the source
Every piece of data in a preparation shows its source system, so no one has to blindly trust a suggestion.
Role and Access Management
Enterprise plans include extensive role and access management, along with single sign-on (SSO).
How an integration is established
| Method | Purpose | Available in |
|---|---|---|
| Standard Integration | AdminPulse, Silverfin, FID-Manager, and BrokerCloud. Reading and writing back, without customisation. | Business and higher |
| Calendar and Mailbox | Outlook and Microsoft 365, Gmail and Google Calendar. | Business+ and higher |
| OpenAPI | Connect your own scripts and reporting to Claritalk. | Business and higher |
| MCP-server | Query Clara from your own AI tools, including Claude and ChatGPT. | Business+ and higher |
| Public API and SSO | Integration into your own environment and single sign-on. | Enterprise |
| Custom Integration | A system not on the list, via API and webhooks. | Enterprise, by arrangement |
What happens to your clients' data
Claritalk processes client data exclusively for your firm, as a processor, based on a data processing agreement. You remain the data controller.
Data Processing Agreement
Standard with every subscription, customisation possible for Enterprise. Request the template before deciding.
Hosting and retention periods
The hosting region, retention periods, and list of sub-processors are detailed in the security dossier.
Use of AI Models
Which models are deployed and what is or isn't used for training is also specified in that dossier.
What is expected from your IT department
In most firms, this is a matter of an hour, not a project. No server is added, nothing is installed on the file server, and no data is moved.
Grant Permission
An administrator authorises the connection with your practice management software, calendar, and mailbox.
Review Rights
You determine who sees which dossiers and who may approve write-backs.
Test on a single dossier
We review everything on a test dossier before you roll it out firm-wide.
