1. What we use AI for
Claritalk uses AI to prepare conversations with concrete client file data, transcribe conversations, suggest summaries and action items, and provide coaching on conversations. AI is used exclusively within the context of the service provided to your firm.
2. People decide
- Clara's suggestions are indicative: you choose what to take over.
- Nothing is written to your practice software (such as AdminPulse, Silverfin or FID-Manager) without approval by a staff member.
- You decide what is and isn't stored in the history.
- No fully automated decisions with legal effects are taken without human involvement.
3. What happens with your data
- Your firm remains the controller; Claritalk is the processor.
- Data is processed in Microsoft Azure, in an ISO 27001-certified environment.
- Your data and your clients' data are not used to train public AI models.
- Access through integrations (such as the MCP connection with Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot) is limited to the user's own permissions and can be revoked at any time.
- Retention periods and deletion are explained in the knowledge base.
4. Limitations of AI
AI output is generated automatically. Transcripts and summaries may contain inaccuracies and do not constitute legal, financial or professional advice. Always check important information before using it.
5. Transparency towards your client
When you let Claritalk take notes and assist in a conversation, you inform the participants. You are responsible for lawfully recording conversations.
6. Questions or reports
